Jumbo Medjool Dates are sourced from the Orange River in Namibia, South Africa. Known as "little nutrition bombs," Medjool dates are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They are the largest of the date varieties, featuring a soft, moist, and meaty texture. Their deep brown skin has a flavor often described as caramel-like. Karas Medjool Dates come from southern Namibia, specifically from the Karas region.
