~ Refund Policy ~

We understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we have set up a 3-day exchange/return policy for our customers. This means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a return. To initiate an exchange/return, please contact us at info@anmasa.shop.

Exchanges and Returns:

To be eligible for an exchange/return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and in its original packaging). You will also need to provide the invoice at the return pickup time to complete the process. Please note that once a product has been used, it will be ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

- If the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

- If the product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

- If the product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date. In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to you within 2 days after the return pick-up is done.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so only if we have yet to ship the product. If a cancellation request is accepted, you will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount. However, Anmasa reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its arrival and refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method, and the amount generally takes around 5-7 days to reflect.
